Do as many squats as you can for 30 seconds, Then have 30 seconds of rest. Then, do as many press ups as you can for 30 seconds, with 30 seconds of rest. After that, do as many burpees as you can for 30 seconds, then have 30 seconds of rest. Lastly, do as many jumps as you can for 30 seconds. Then rest for 30 more seconds. Record how many squats, press ups, burpees and jumps that you did. Do this for a few days, and see how many that you do. The number of what you did of each exercise should go up, showing that you are getting stronger every day!
