Phonics first - practise writing your sounds in your writing book. How many words can you think of that have those sounds in?
Literacy - Plan and decorate a menu for a VE Stay at Home Street Party this friday.
Try to include Bunting and the Union Jack flag on your design.
Include what you would like to drink and eat.
Have a look on the internet for songs that people sang in World War 2. Ask your adult to help you on the internet.
Maths - Fruit Bowl Maths!
Explore your fruit bowl and look at what's in it! How we can sort it? What groups have you got in there? How can you combine these to make some maths problems?
Talking Together Make a list of your favourite fruits. What will be number 1? Could you work out which fruit is the most popular in your house? Which fruit will be the winner? Is all your fruit in the bowl? I hope there isn’t any evil fruit in the freezer!
Caterpillar Lunch The hungry caterpillar eats far too much. Have some fun working out how many things he ate on 2 different days! Combine groups to make a lunch for a growing caterpillar.

Triangles - use a ruler and see how many triangles you can make. Are all the lines straight? Rulers are tricky to use! Then if you want, draw triangles within triangles. How many triangles can you get into one triangle? Count.
